I would single out Canada and USA as being special and above the norm of History and its analogous societies.

We have it all but it is incumbent upon each of us to obtain what we want through our own invention, our uniqueness is that our form of government allows us to do exactly that while others (govts.) do not.

I see our government being responsible for sustaining and preserving these values for us and posterity......and that may be our greatest dilemma.

it will always boil down to "Us or them", "Our tribe or theirs"

the sooner it is recognized and dealt with the better off we will be........

How are we going to deal with India, China, Indonesia and their billions of people when they eventually figure out that it is better to be here than there, if they havent already......
