Wall Street analysts are not fiduciary or contractual employees of the people who follow their opinions; their stock recommendations do not come with a warranty.

Uh, if you paid any attention to this discussion, in this case, I and many others were clients of, and executed formal agreements with, the defendants. The law makes very clear therefore that the defendants are indeed fiduciaries.

Nice try, though!

N.B.: Is this the best the defendants can post here? No wonder they are desperate to avoid a jury.
