its only in California, Ish. In this part of the country the older folks have screwed the young. The rest of the country is not like that. Well, I know Texas isn't for one. Hey, question for you. A friend brought us some fresh trout he caught. I don't think I've ever had real fresh wild trout, or I don't remember it anyway. The fish was a little bit pink, almost like salmon but not as much color. Does the wild fish have a tendency to do that, have a pink color? There is a new law out here that Safeway and other stores that sell farmed salmon have to indicate that the fish is dyed, because farm salmon is grey not pink. Now that I know more about fish, I go to the fishermen and buy the whole fish direct. Anyway this trout was the most delicious I've ever had.
