i know some but if i tell it i'll sound stupid after <edit - name change> TLComiskey explains things in depth... I'd still like to know your view of it. Do you ever meditate. I suppose you do some variation of it while sailing or directing or whatever. But do you ever just sit and sort of formally meditate? And I did see the original name you had there in the highlighted stuff up above. Yes I would be interested in Lurqerdude's thoughts as well. You know the dude must know something about it. He knows a lot about a lot. And I bet Hoser knows a thing or two about it. I'm trying to remember if she ever took up Yoga or was it just Pilates? -Grasshopper
