Well, thanks, we seem to be doing okay together here. My points may be political rationalizations, I suppose, or they may be common sense, as I think of them. I do not think that the Administration acted in bad faith, not because authority cannot be abused, but because I do not think it is in character for the principals, as they appear to me, and because it is so hard to pull off wholesale deception when so much controversy surround an issue, and because no Administration would set itself up for this kind of controversy by making totally baseless accusations, when the truth was bound to come out.
