poor kenny, the so called surplus was counterfeit money created by taxes from false gains. That was stealing the income of normal future growth and spending it creating the future shortfall. Just like in defense we are paying for all the cuts in defense mr. bill implemented to make his fake balanced budget. 9-11 is a product of the perception of a mr. bill defense gutted weakened America. just because you live in la la land does not change anything. We are paying now for all of mr. bill's stupidity. Your love affair with the rapist makes you unable to see all the connections and reality. mr. bill's entire time in office was lies and more lies.
