There is evidence of a general propensity to by off extremists, yes. We still have a viable relationship with the Saudi leadership, to address such questions. There is no proof that Iraq had a role in 9/11, that is true. But it does have the intention of driving Western interests from the region, to become the hegemonic power in the re- establishment of Arab ascendancy, and it has yet to fulfill its promise to unleash terror on the United States in payment for the first Gulf War.
