You libeled me. And, no, you don't seem a bit concerned.

"So, Mr. "Jon Tara," though I am quite certain that is not even remotely your true name, now we know who you are, a representative of one of the defendants. "

It IS my true name, and I am NOT a representative of one of the defendents.

You libeled me, plain and simple. You made clear, unqualified statements about me that are false.

And, no, I am not going to sue for libel, for the same reasons that the defendents likely will not - it is very difficult to win a libel case, nobody will take them on a contingency, and they are very expensive. As well, I can't claim monetary damage.

Saying that I am very concerned or even suspect someone - such as a poster here - has an agenda is something different entirely than stating they are responsible and liable for the allegations contained in the Complaint.

Well, the best defense against libel is the truth, but these seem like pretty definitive statements and not just that you are "concerned" or "suspect" that person.

I have direct evidence implicating Ms. Moor in the kickback scheme.

Both of these individuals were intimately involved in the kickback scheme alleged here and before the San Francisco Superior Court - though Ms. Moor has not been named as a defendant - yet.
