Ahhh, another believer in the 'modified greater fool theory'. Someone forgot to mention to Mr. Demo that he shouldn't have taken on all that debt... AND he might actually get laid off. In that case buyers can turn seller.... and then demographics would indicate quite low equitiy prices, just when Mr. Demo wants to retire in 6-8 years.

Flyer, the demographic meltdown has already begun. The first baby boomers are now 57. When their jobs disappear what kind of job can a 57 year old get? Some decision makers think 57 is over the hill, already useless(!)
