You didn't "surmise". You stated as fact, and without qualification, that I am a representative of the defendants. I am not. You made a statement of fact about me that is not, in fact, true, and that could prove damaging should you prevail in proving your allegations against the defendants. That is libel. If I were the defendents, I would probably want to bring in as evidence those here whom you have made-up lies about, show that the statements you made were not true, and use it to show a pre-disposition and history of telling falsehoods. So I might get unwittingly dragged-into this after-all. You really do yourself a disservice by making up accusations about those who are critical. As I have previously stated, you apparently do not understand the great SERVICE that critics do you by pointing out embarassing flaws, that you now have an opportunity to correct. Not that it is relevent, but I neither admire nor excuse anyone who has committed criminal activity. That I do is your incorrect supposition. In fact, I stated quite the opposite. Not having first-hand knowledge, however, and no court decision having been rendered, I must presume - as does our American legal system - that the defendants are innocent until such a time as it may be found otherwise. I don't know you from Adam, and have no basis for either beleif or disbeleif in your accusations. The courts will decide, if it ever gets there. But you make a lot of incorrect suppositions about people here. I stated why I would not file a libel suit - no monetary damage, a necessary element. Plus, how can one be damaged by the railings of a loon?
