This is going to be my last post to you before you hit my ignore list. "Loon." Mental health again. If you had anything half-worthwhile to say then you would not stoop to this trash level. Then again maybe you're not stooping. Maybe it just is your level. As for your post about the value of criticism here, pointing out likely defense tactics, uh, I just made several posts on that very subject, actually thanking my top detractors. As for the defendants using SI posts in their defense, you know what, please advise them to do that, to be the first to do so. I really hope they do. Because if they do, then they waive their objection to quite a large group of topics I can bring into court that would otherwise be barred. Finally, some people have called me paranoid, etc., loon, etc. Well, Terra Nova, not I, just filed a motion with the Court claiming they are being "harassed and confused." This by a company worth millions, with one of the best law firms in the country representing them, claiming a non-lawyer is harassing and confusing them. Who's paranoid here? Looks like Terra Nova to me...
