Hi Harry:

RMBS will explode if they win the FTC case.

For gamblers look @ MIR. If they don't go bankrupt $1.75 looks like a good entry (or at least I thought it did but its now lower).

Got out of pque today

Juniper posts profit, sees flat quarter ahead

Juniper Networks on Thursday said its second-quarter net profit more than doubled from a year earlier, as revenues rose 41 percent while demand for broadband products and services improved despite tight telecommunication industry spending. The No. 2 network gear maker also forecast that its current quarter revenues and earnings would be flat from the just-completed second quarter, a slightly better performance than Wall Street expects.

The Cisco Systems rival posted a second-quarter net profit of $13.6 million, or 3 cents a share, compared with net income of $6.2 million, or 2 cents a share, a year earlier. Its revenues rose to $165.1 million from $117 million a year earlier, helped by a pickup in business in North America's battered telecom market and by partnerships with Lucent Technologies and Microsoft.
