How can I. I remember 1970's, I just never experienced the 30's yet? In some ways it can never happen the same way....but, I believe it can be different and equally bad!

We'll know for sure in probably 12 months where the economy is headed? I know inflating now is different than what was happening in late 1990's.

Is inflation or devalued dollars the only thing that causes capital asset appreciation?

What do you mean?

monetary inflation IS price inflation..

Print more money and you dilute the value of the currency..not unlike spliting a stock

Maybe you should look at housing, health care, insurance if you doubt we have inflation.
