At this time my faith in US politicians is at an all time low. And since I believe that the quality of a country's leadership affects its economic performance, most of my money is out of the US dollar and US investments.

After all its carping over Iraq's use of "minders" in US interviews with Iraqi scientists, you would think that the Administration thoroughly disliked the practice.

But wait, that's only if They do it. Guess who accompanies all government workers to interviews with the National Commission's 9-11 panel? Er, um, "minders" from the Justice Dept.

It should be great fun watching the apologists rationalize this one...perhaps they'll dub them Freedom Escorts or Truth Agents...or maybe Justice Seekers.

Ain't hypocrisy fun?
