9-11 was the 5th hit TO the US...or was it the 7th or 8th...? The USS Cole, the US Embassies, the Marine Towers, and several others..... You probably forget X....the militant Islamists/Muslims have openly stated they want the demise of the US. That in itself is an act of war. There is ample proof...they have videotaped most of their threats. The US IS at War against terrorists, anyplace they are, and any that fund or support them in any way.
