LOL!!! They ALL do that! I think it's part of the plot. :-) Here's the US Code section: www4.law.cornell.edu So the wild accusation in that conspiracy site definitely appears wrong. What the hell? Why should be beautiful theory be slain by an inconvenient fact? There's another problem here: If Bush already has the power (granted by existing executive orders, supposedly) to establish a dictatorship, why hasn't it already happened if that is his clear intent? What better excuse than 911?
