OK I read it. Thanks. The "conspiracy" site is not wrong. All that says is that any previous national emergency is cancelled. Not future emergencies. I suppose that was to cancel FDR's national emergency of 1933 which was never cancelled? Why hasn't Bush done it? Maybe it's not the plan to do it now. Maybe they are not ready. But it's there for when they are ready and whoever is President at the time can suspend the constitution and declare martial law.
