Liberia?Hell, seems like it would be pretty easy to me. No ? I doubt if we get shot at that much, I just don't think we can fix the place. Like most of Africa, it is a hole in the ground that will suck up all the money you pump in and ask for more. Remember, this was a successful Society with a literate ruling class. They were running it like Haiti, leaving the bottom people with nothing. The Army thugs took over and killed them all. It has been a mess since. We can spend 20 years there and never get a fix that works, IMO. Too bad. But some things are not fixable by us. Africa is one of them.
