Also Bushies are constantly LYING about the deficits, always underestimating them, as well as the cost of the war, lying to us saying we dont need so many troops and not for very long. BS. The Iraq war will cost 500 billion dollars and thousnds of US lives before we're through, and looks like the Bushies are already siphoning off oil for their own purpoes without telling anyone. None of that oil revenue flows back to the tax-payers. But we paid for them to get ahold of it.

You use this clause often when you refer to deficits. What exactly does it mean? My eyes can see massive spending cuts bringing the deficit down, but yours apparently can't see that far. Am I on the right track?
