GST, On several hundred occasions. While patrolling the UN sanctioned no fly zones, Iraqi forces have fired on or locked on anti-aircraft missile batteries on coalition forces. This came to a boil on several occasions and once resulted in Operation Desert Fox which was deemed by the President and Congress to already have been sanctioned by the UN (based on existing resolutions). Then of course there is the incident of trying to assasinate former President Bush. And that was all during the Clinton administration. John
