SG's comment was about MarQ. I don't think QCOM will miss the forecast by 20%.

The thing I find of interest here is the focus on China. How many handsets are Samsung and Mot selling in India? Not many I would guess compared to LG. What about the Sanyo and LG camera phones at Verizon and PCS? ASICs are also sold to PCMCIA modem card manufacturers. How about Toshiba and Hitachi?

It is a new ball game out there. Time to start looking at the wireless world with a different eye.

Now if there is a substantial downturn in business, would QCOM have increased the dividend? In the immortal words of Bobbi Fleckman in the rock and roll cult classic This is Spinal Tap, "Money talks. Bullshit walks."
