While Iraq did keep its WMD garments ready for use, they were not actually distributed to the troops. This is standard policy world-wide. The middle east is well known for having short wars where there is little time to prepare for combat.

By your own logic the US, which actually made its troops wear CBW garments, was the one that was planning to use WMDs. And the fact that the Israelis keep chemical weapon defenses in their homes is proof that they plan on sliming the Arabs, LOL.

But the crux of the matter is that it is now late July and still no WMDs. The basic problem is that your logic is shitty.
