the point is that Oracle outsources more than other software houses, and they have the worst products. Is there a correlation there? I think so. It may not be the skillset of the workers, it could be the proximity to management and disconnect from the customer base, but whatever it is, it causes Oracle to release inferior products. As that guy Art Cashin likes to say, "it sounds like a horse, smells like a horse.... could be a zebra but I think its a horse".
