If "they all worked", then why did President Clinton keep on trying something different against Saddam. Do you think that President Clinton, was just bored? Just got tired of starving a few hundred thousand Iraqis to death each year, so he'd try bombing instead...just to see what would happen? I don't think so. re:"They all worked.
