If "they all worked", then why did President Clinton keep on trying something different against Saddam. Do you think that President Clinton, was just bored? Just got tired of starving a few hundred thousand Iraqis to death each year, so he'd try bombing instead...just to see what would happen? I don't think so.

That "emaciated and aging feline" still had plenty of
bullets to continue shooting innocent civilians, with &
billions of gallons of oil reserves to fund a complete
reconstitution of his WMD programs & his military as soon
as we gave in & walked away.
