Without competition there will be NO improvement in the software... No argument here, Chris. I certainly wouldn't support merely handing Mister Softee a major contract, but if they won it, they'd be entitled to that which came to successful bidders. ...and without making Gates and Company suffer financially, there will be no changes for the better. Now here, I'm not sure exactly what you're saying. By "suffer," are you intimating not purchasing their products or the government/some regulatory body sanctioning them financially? LPS5
