I'm sure that in some Langley office there is a game of musical chairs being played by the helpless. That's good, and no doubt right on. I made a point the other day of contrasting Bush and Blair on this one. By and large Blair stands up like a man and says it's his responsibility. Bush on the other hand stands up and says it's Tenet's responsibility [and he forgives him]. We can add Tenet....I didn't know [or forgot sometime between Oct and Jan] but I take responsibility....
