I watched Blair's speech to congress on CSPAN an hour ago. Too bad we can't get the left on this board, or in England, to listen to him.

You know what they say about the declining attention span of the general population.... a fortiori I wouldn't expect the stockmanscotts of the world to have the patience to read or listen to the whole of it.

It was a great speech, though I only read the text and haven't heard it.
