It was a great speech, though I only read the text and haven't heard it.


I read it, then I watched it. Night and Day difference. Watch it on video on CSPAN. He had Congress in the palm of his hand. Doesn't have Churchill's bombast. Quiet, contained, and builds to a crescendo.
