"What Jay and Ramsey write are not samples of altruism." Listening to Jay's arguments a year earlier than I did would have saved me a huge bundle. He was trying to help us. I for one couldn't give up my obsession with technology, partly because making new technology is my job. I'm bruised but wiser now. Of course we shouldn't follow Jay or anyone else blindly, however he has tried and tried to save us from folly. I hope that you don't lose your money to the Siemens/China team who are coming out with their own(??!} CDMA and don't expect royalties. If a person publicly doubts that owning QCOM is the path to riches does that disqualify the person as an altruist? If so, why?
