you can not get to it or you ignore it as a part of conspiracy?
A blank window with no text is all I get.

but it does not go well together with saving survivors
Goes well with not appearing to do what you're doing, though.

can I build my theory that USS Liberty attacked Israel then?
We wish.

BTW, the Liberty was a solo unarmed ship. Why would Israel attack that even if it were Egyptian?

jamming works as a tactical weapon to disrupt communication and/or certain targeting devices but by no means it can prevent ship from sending a distress signal.
Do you know anything at all about electronic communications?

Another question: Why were those Israeli jets unmarked?

jamming works as a tactical weapon to disrupt communication and/or certain targeting devices but by no means it can prevent ship from sending a distress signal. So jamming to prevent sending a distress signal back home or to close by US ships is a complete BS

LPOS, that's BS, you can jam sufficiently to disrupt the communications while you're taking out the antennas with weapons fire and napalm. As long as your jamming power at the frequency of the distress signal exceeds the power of the transmitted signal you can reasonably jam the signal.

So jamming to prevent sending a distress signal

Since when does jamming prevent sending a distress signal? Didn't they cover than in your PE class? Jamming overlays noise over the transmitted signal so the signal can't be received.

but it does not go well together with saving survivors

Which survivors did they save? The dead ones?

The Israeli even had to manufacture the speed that the Liberty was travelling at...they claimed they thought it was travelling at 30 knots; it wasn't and they eventually had to acknowledge it, but came up with BS that they thought it was at the time.

Say what?

However one of the airborne platforms <deleted> had collected voice conversations between two Israeli helicopter pilots and the control tower at Hazor AIrfield (near Tel Aviv). Control told helicopter 815 at 1431 hours that "there is a warship which we attacked. The men jumped into the water from it. You will try to rescue them." Although there were other references to a search for men in the water, no personnel from the Liberty had jumped overboard. At 1434 hours, the control tower told helicopter 815 that the ship was Egyptian and that he could return home. At 1510 hours, the controller asked 815 to identify the nationality of any survivors. Subsequently, the helicopter pilot reported seeing an American flag on the ship. In another portion of the conversation, the pilot of helicopter 815 that number GTR 5 was written on the ship's side and that behind the number were several uninflated lifeboats. At 1621 hours the helicopters were instructed to return home."

Page 35 of above.

SO: Helicopters were dispatched to pick up Egyptian survivors. Believing the ship was Egyptian, one helicopter is recalled. On discovering it is American, BOTH are recalled.

Say what? II

three hours before the attack occurred, Israeli Navy Headquarters was made aware of the Liberty's presence, including exact name, ship type, and hull number.
.............................................................

the pilots of the attacking planes were at fault for failing to make positive identification of the Liberty before attacking the ship. Though the pilots testified to the contrary, every official interview of numerous Liberty crewmen gave consistent evidence that indeed the Liberty was flying an American flag - and, further, the weather conditions were ideal to ensure its easy observance and identification. [emphasis mine]

These circumstance - prior identification of the Liberty and easy visibility of the American flag - prompted the Department of State to inform the Israeli government that

the later military attack by Israeli aircraft is quite literally incomprehensible. As a minimum, the attack must be condemned as an actof military recklessness reflecting wanton disregard of human life.
............................................................
The final error was the identification of the Liberty as the Egyptian supply ship El-Kasir. The fact that two separate torpedo boat commanders made the same false identification only raises the question of veracity [emphasis mine] of both commanders. The El-Kasir was approximately one-quarter of Liberty's tonnage, about one-half its length, and offered a radically different silhouette. To claim that the El-Kasir closely resembled the Liberty was most illogical [emphasis mine].
..........................................................
When NSA's Deputy Director read the decision of the Israeli Defence Forces Preliminary Inquiry, he summed up his personal feelings by calling it "a nice whitewash".

HEY, ALBERT! DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT, WHEN THE US WAS ASKED WHETHER IT HAD ANY SHIPS IN THE AREA, IT SAID "NO"?

<a tactical weapon to disrupt (US) communication>

Exactly, nothing that even a regular camel would fart about.

Much the same as asking that flight MA240, Budapest-Beirut, to back off and try another landing,
or painting "duck and cover" on that car.

Ouch, those international terrorists.
