Nominated Dean would mean handing Karl Rove/Bush victory. Graham can win Florida as a Veep. But Kerry is the only man. If something were to happen to Kerry, then I'd rather draft Joe Biden than go with Dean, who has positioned himself as a firebrand leftist and will have a very hard time coming out of the leftist corner. "Birkenstock Vermonter" comes to mind. Or "Ben + Jerry's Communist". These words may be unfair but the branding can stick.
