Unilateral talks happen after the application of ShockAndAwe. The U.S. gathers the survivors together in a conference. Only the Americans talk (that's the uni- part), everyone else sits in stunned silence, hearing what a wonderful world the NeoCons have planned for them. That's unilateral talks: "I talk, you listen".

Again, nice dodge. Are you going to answer the questions or just continue to play wordsmith?

You want the US to go it alone?
What about UN approval?
What if China disagrees with our strategy?
Should we bomb N. Korea if talks don't go well?
Will we need UN approval?
Should we start lobbying members of the UN Security Council, like Cameroon and Guinea, now?

C'mon GST, let's have some answers.
