" By the way, is the use of chopsticks your determining factor on who should be making foreign policy? In that case Clinton/Gore I am certain have the upper hand. Now I understand. Mike PS I betcha bush know better what to do with a taco or enchilada. Does that make him an expert on Latin America in your weird scheme?
