I've got to sell a place this fall, and if the rates keep going up like this, I'm half tempted to sell it on a land contract tied to Libor or something.

Out of 10 - 12 houses nearby I know of 3 that got sold in the past couple of months, including my own (under contract). One went for the asking price after some 2-3 days on the market - just a few days ago. It seems that buyers are worried about possible rate increases not any less then the sellers.
