The RNC is saying "if Bush lied so did Clinton". It's a really desperate spin move, the old "Blame Clinton" chestnut, and I'm surprised they are trying to use it.
They must really-realy feel desperate and scared.

Would be much better for them if they'd just come clean and confess. Too many Americans already know they're lying. They have lot at least 50% of their credibility this month alone.
