it helps to give you credibility with the people you are trying to lure into your plan. What other reason could you have for wanting people to send their personal contact information? You were adamant about them not sending it directly to the class action lawyers. You attacked people who suggested that it was a bad idea to send you their information instead of directly to the class action lawyers. Pretty suspicious if you ask me. I figure that the case will be dropped or "settled out of court" (ha ha ha) so that the costs will be minimal. And with those 10,000 people who now trust you, you and the evildoers would be able to bilk them out of another couple hundred million bucks.

Did you ever have a professional relationship with any of the defendants?

Did you ever run a trading room for any of the defendants?

Did you ever recommend that potential class action plaintiffs send their personal contact information and experience with the defendants to you directly, rather than to the class action attorneys?

What is the average airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?
