Answer last question first: "What do you mean, an African or a European swallow?" CYA!

What happened through the lawyers Tim Luke arranged in Santa Monica is why I did not want to give out the law firm info. The only ones I was prepared to trust with that info were those who trusted me with who they were and why they thought they should be calling. I think that's reasonable. I did not ask for "personal info" as you suggest, except which broker and site they used and how to reach them. Seems to me any plaintiff should at a minimum have given that info, and many did. Don't see any problems there. They have not complained about it.

In Cali that firm received I don't know how many calls from people sounding like lunatics when unfortunately Tim told a few people who it was. Well, of course this is what the defendants would want. Have 25 loon plaintiffs call up discrediting the entire case. As a result, they refused to take the case. So, what I was trying to prevent happened anyway. If anything, I should have been even more circumspect about that firm.
