Actually, I assume that most here are something other than a "mere trader". Housewife. Bricklayer. Accountant. Etc. Do they have to disclose this? Nobody here is require to disclose anything.

You probably should be concentrating on winning your case. Most of us are much more than mere traders...in fact, I am not even much of a trader. Further, before I retired I was a systems analyst. Does that make me suspicious too. LOL!
