And i would love to re-internationalize that decision making process asap. UN needs to be reformed a la MQ suggestion first imo. No one is more uncomfortable that I with the US as globocop. It is not what we do best and because we are the richest nation, we start with two strikes against us in the minds of most third worlders we are clumsily trying to help. But bureacrats from the african/mideast dictator club that controls the UN at times is no solution. I am interested in a quartet solution and i dont even mind frances view of different power sources in the world. Maybe nato + russia + eu +usa +india + china could be an international org that can get things done. Mike
