it sounds to me like he was using his first amendment right to freely express his opinion.

Last time I checked making deliberately false declarations under penalty of perjury is not covered under any free speech statutes. Then again, correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe perjury is now protected speech?

We're not talking licenses here. He said he never made any recommendations whatsoever. Course the thousands of pages of TP logs I have prove otherwise, plus the blown-up pics of TP operations, including the analyst investment advice software used to make the recs.
