By now likely Chris Rea has received a copy of my Appellant's Opening Brief, and has read it. So now he knows that I'm accusing him of a crime punishable by 2-4 years in state prison for each offense, and backing that up with incontrovertible proof. I am very interested to see what he will have to say for himself in his Reply. Tough brief...
