They were recorded long ago - before Rea started deleting the site, which now the Court knows he is doing, which is called Obstruction of Justice, destroying evidence after a case has been filed. That's another felony he's risked.

Read through the brief. If the logs and photographs are as you would see they are in the Appendix, then he committed perjury.
