I was sorry to see it and can't believe the person was being earnest in his feelings toward the young men and women who have sacrificed so much for the cause of liberty. I figure he just wanted to get your goat...well I prefer to think about it that way, but who knows.

Glad to see you categorize so quickly...I'm not a "leftie" nor am I a member of your elite neo class...I come from a military family (my father had four commands, and fought in 4 wars), I work with the government on a daily basis, and have many friends fighting on the front line (I knew many people who perished at the Pentagon, and my NYC-based company lost two people in the Towers on a sales call)...I find Ralph's comments unfortunate...but I understand his emotions, dealing with the "spew" showing up on this thread...what I respect most is loyalty and character...let's see if he shows up and apologizes to those serving (they and their commanders are following orders from people who never served), and again gets the respect from all of us as a revered contributor to our concerns about the economy and our place in this global system...
