What do we do when the US Constitution is challenged by treaties and legislation, like Patriot Act I, which without a doubt takes away civil liberties such as due process under the law, being confronted by our accusers, having the right to a speedy trial, access to a lawyer, bail and so on. What if these issues find there way through the courts to the Supreme Court. And what if the Supreme Court has been filled over the years by globalist thinking Presidents with globalist thinking Judges. And what if the rulings they hand down side with Patriot Act I and even II if that is ever passed. Then it's the undisputed law of the land even though to our way of thinking it is unconstitutional. Is that then tyranny? Or are we just out of step with the times? Patriot Act as written opens the door to political prisoners. You disagree then you are the threat. Re-classify...terrorist threat.....indefinite detainment.....no due process allowed.....your family cannot even find out if you are being held.
