what evidence have you seen that convinces you that the count's allegations are true.

I must have missed the evidence that he presented that they knew that they were giving bad advice and that they were trading against their customers. I'm not talking about the count making an allegation, I am talking about any halfway solid piece of evidence that his allegations are true. Or is it just that he lost $10M and therefore they must have known that it was bad advice?

Imagine yourself as a jury member, do you consider yourself objective in your evaluation of what has been presented here? Do you think that you could, with the evidence presented on this thread, convince an unbiased person that the allegations are true?
