in the end, the count made his own decisions on which trades to make and when to make them. You noticed that he didn't answer my questions about whether or not he followed the advice to the "T". You made statements earlier that if someone was paying for advice, they should be following it without question (paraphrased). If it can be shown that he didn't follow all of the advice, it proves that he was free to make his own choices.

Let me ask you this, if you lost $10M using the advice of a service, would you go to work for that service and work alongside the people (and subordinate to) that made you lose that $10M? Do you find that a little bit incongruous?
