When did I ever express an opinion that would lead you or anyone to believe this is my POV? Answer, I never have. That's a fact. FWIW, my POV about Workman's Comp is that it needs radically changed so that it appropriately meets it's legal obligations & stated mission..... no more, no less. BTW, how could you label me "one of the staunchest right- wing supporters", in one post, then ascribe to me a POV that would seem to be a liberal POV in another post? <edit> I see you caught your obvious Faux Pas. Too bad I had already copied & pasted your comment to my reply before you could edit it out. Seems I'm exposing what you are really about with each post of yours, 'eh?

Let's see, you have already called me, "one of the staunchest right-wing supporters". Is there anything I have said ever to support this allegation about me? FWIW, don't bother. I haven't. Can you link me to other folks on SI with these expressed beliefs? How about a credible "right wing" group with these express beliefs? I won't hold my breath waiting. Your real intentions & lack of credibility are getting more obvious with each new post.

First, lets call both statements what they really are..... blatant lies. However, I see you only linked to one of my discussions about my personal situation with Workman's comp. Why not include these? Message 19084855 Message 19096879 No doubt if you had actually read those posts objectively, you would have drawn a completely different conclusion.... or more accurately, you wouldn't have been able to make those blatantly false, misleading, deceptively derogatory comments about me. The fact of the matter is that thanks to Workman's Comp, I never received any remuneration whatsoever. Irregardless of compensation while I was supposed to be rehabilitating my knee, I wasn't even reimbursed for the sick time I had to use until my claim was accepted (and Worker's Comp is required to reimburse everyone for that). I never received any compensation during my rehabilitation although, by law, it was required based on the nature of the injury & lost time, etc. If you had read my posts on the subject, you would have noted that financial compensation was hardly mentioned by me at all. That is completely contrary to how you have portrayed me twice now. That's a fact! As for my other demands of Worker's Comp, I was really out of line <GGG>! Let's see..... Yup, it bugged the hell out of me that they failed to pay for several previously approved medical services. In fact, even though they were repeatedly notified by the vendors, politicians & myself, I still ended up with collection agencies chasing after me since Worker's Comp continued to refuse payment. Here's another outrageous personal demand of mine <GGG>! I demanded that Worker's Comp allow my physician to make an appropriate diagnosis & then allow me to receive the necessary surgery & appropriate rehabilitation (something they are legally required to do). Instead, they violated numerous laws & thwarted him from making a proper diagnosis over a 3+ year period. All it would have taken was to approve an MRI - but then I would have had the proof that I had a severe meniscus tear & permanent nerve damage. Nope, they broke many laws, but they eventually succeeded in illegally terminating my claim with prejudice. Now my health insurance is paying for surgery & all the rehabilitation costs that was urgently needed more than 3 years ago. In that time I ground my meniscus to shreds & tore up cartilage in my knee, so I have far more irreparable damage than I should to my knee. Read those posts. That's a fact. So where did you conclude that I, "personally demand a great deal from the 'government", or, that I "whine and complain that, so far in your journey of tribulation, you can't receive your personal income via government disability support for the rest of your life....."??? It's amazing how you could read what I wrote & so completely misinterpret what I said & draw an egregiously distorted, albeit false conclusion. Well, not really.... I'm on to your BS.
