Clinton liberated Kosovo by displaying great leadership.
Bush attempted liberation of Iraq by displaying great hubris.
The differing results are no surprise. Kosovo could have become the next training ground for Al Qaeda, but instead has become among the less chaotic places on the planet in spite of the different religions, ethnic groups, and cultures. Iraq is changing from a back burner petty anoyance to a breeding ground for extremism.
