In the case of the 1967 war, there was no advanced certainty of the outcome. What is the outcome if Israel loses the war? Or the perception that Israel has if they lose? No less an authority as your own Thomas M has posted that this is not correct. You guys need to get your story straight. siliconinvestor.com

In the case of the 1967 war, there was no advanced certainty of the outcome. I'm not sure what "advanced certainty" means. Both Israeli and U.S. intelligence agreed before the war that Israel would win in about 1 week, regardless of who started it. Tom

Now about napalm, that you kindly pointed out to, it seems that experts say that napalm would not destroy USS Liberty 3) about lifeboats; how come Israel was torpedo boats were shooting at lifeboats of USS Liberty for about an hour instead of trying to sink it as "planned"? In fact, if I recall it correctly captain of USS Liberty disagreed with his crew about lifeboats additional: 1) Navy concluded that markings on low flying aircraft are impossible to see the simple answer is that by no means it could have been an intentional attack
