Not in our neighborhood. The public schools are great, equal if not better education. And, the teachers at the private school make roughly what the teachers at the public school do.

Only at the very well-to-do schools do the teachers make appreciably more than public school teachers, at least in this area. Public school teachers make in the range of $35-70K here (remember, decent houses here start in the $500K range). A private school would have to charge extraordinary fees to pay teachers significantly more than that.

So, same pay, same work.

The whole concept of freedom of choice in education, or schools that actually TEACH again, is completely beyond the comprehension of that poster.

He's way too busy pumping for the useless ignorant unionized bureaucrats that are officially labeled "teachers" by our anti-education government...
